Four days ago, I notified the seller (ThingsForgotten85; originally identified as shop-pyxis) that the receiver was not functional and therefore not as described by the seller. The original offer stated, "no returns," but also claimed the item functional despite cosmetic issues. The purchase is covered under eBay Money Back Guarantee. I notified the seller of all this but have not heard back from them.
