    The hard drives arrived in pristine condition, even though they’re used. They looked brand new! They were heavily bubble wrapped and placed inside an anti-static bag. They worked flawlessly and passed all the S.M.A.R.T tests except for one drive. I contacted the seller and they responded to me fairly quickly.
