    The pumpkins were thoroughly wrapped and in 2 boxes with paper and bubble wrap. This should have kept them protected during shipping. Unfortunately the large pumpkin was broken on receipt. I have contacted the Kassa and FedEx. Kassa is a blessing. She called fedex and followed instructions on what to do. FedEx on the other hand has been tough to deal with. The pumpkins are definitely worth the amount paid. Items are as described.
