SO SORRY THIS HAPPENED WITH YOUR PACKAGE - YOU WERE A DELIGHT TO COMMUNICATE WITH & SO UNDERSTANDING - I HATE WHEN THINGS ARE OUT OF OUR CONTROL & UNFORTUNATELY, THE USPS SYSTEM IS A MESS & VERY SHORT-HANDED LOCALLY, MAYBE NATIONALLY - SO MANY LOST/DAMAGED PACKAGES BUT WE ARE AT THEIR MERCY - IF IT WASN'T FOR MY CRAZY SCHEDULE I COULD TAKE THEM DIRECTLY TO THE PO & NOT HAVE TO RELY ON CARRIER PICKUP SO PKGS WOULD BE SCANNED IMMEDIATELY.
