The Seller shipped the bag using 'CREATIVE' shipping option with 3 Lb instead of the actual 6 Lb and correct box dimensions resulting in additional $58.70 at the USPS pickup. Cheating creates trust issues. USPS cut creative shipping though. Seller promised to refund $58.70 if paid at USPS. I paid, picked up the item. Now, he wants USPS receipt. We offered to reimburse any additional postage paid WITH PROOF OF PAYMENT. Requested receipt multiple times but buyer will not send it.USPS has NO record of additional postage being due or being paid, tracking number does not state there was any issue. I need a receipt before I can refund $60 dollars.

USPS HAS record of additional payment due which I've sent you 3 pictures from USPS. You should've credited for cheating the shipping package listing @ 3 Lb instead of 6 Lb and not making any addt.requests. Credit FIRST, or pay yourself directly to USPS without placing ANY additional requests!! I went out my way twice and not any more! BUYERS BE AWARE! Stay away from this seller at all costs.

We were willing to accept the return, even after you had the item for almost 2 months, without our 2 weeks return policy. We have communicated through messages and with eBay that we cannot issue a refund without the item. We will issue the refund when the item is received. Refunds do not get sent without item being returned. It is out of my control if you cannot return the item or wish not to.
