FedEx literally tossed this item in the middle of our road with the oil and mud and it was run over yet Fedex marked it delivered and went on the merry way. Apparently FedEx thinks its ok to toss packages in the middle of the road and mark it delivered.

    I purchased another stack of 15 boxes for my business from Grainger and they had sent them via FedEx. What I received was a section of cardboard with my packing slip that showed my purchase, but no boxes. I called FedEx to investigate and their communication was poor and little help. I messaged Grainger and they responded within 5 minutes indicating they will reship another stack of 15 boxes and I'd received them next day. I was thankful and pleased with Grainger's excellent customer service!

    Comfortable and well built

    We have to fight wildfires every year here in the "bush" of Africa on the mission station. We have 6 months of dry season, and things get very dry. We are SO very excited about these "fire pumps". We have seen that the government fire team have the metal version of these. They are so effective. Then a friend saw one of these in the US, and tried it on. He was super impressed. The bags seem super tough and should last a long time with proper use. The pump is impressive and the design is great. When we aren't fighting fires, the young men have decided they make great water fight tools. This fire pump is so much more comfortable than other pumps we have tried. It is super light when empty, so light it can be put in a suitcase! This is WONDERFUL for coming to Africa from the US. ...
