I bought this camera for my stepmother - I had bought her one, new, about 5 years ago for Christmas and it broke this past Christmas Eve. She was heart-broken, as this camera was super easy to load and use - she's 75 and has trouble with 35mm's and digital is just way too complicated. Takes nice pics, easy to load, nice zoom, and choice of views, including panarama. She was thrilled that I found her a replacement on e-bay.
I love this camera! I had bought one many years ago, but left it somewhere recently; it was never found. It's so easy to use. Drop the APS film roll in; aim & shoot, and has auto rewind. Easy to use all the extra's too; Zoom in or out, with three different photo sizes. It's small & compact. I was thrilled to find several on ebay; buying a few as back-ups! Film a little more expensive to develope, but worth the great pictures it takes.
Easy to use easy to load and even my 14yr old can use it with no problems for him on a first time camera. These cameras are great for children and not available in many of the stores anymore. The price was right for him to have a good camera at a less expensive price. My oldest son purchased one for me about 10 years ago and I've really enjoyed mine. The sale was smooth and went very well. I am relatively new to Ebay so I'm still learning how everything works. It's a great place to go shopping for any occassion or for yourself.
I wanted to buy this camera as I have a friend in the dark ages who doesn't have a digital camera. I have one exactly like it so when I found one on ebay, I knew exactly what to expect. It came in excellent condition, and even came with a battery. I know this is a good camera because I still use mine when I don't use the digital and my friend was very upset when his previous advantix broke, so he is thrilled to have this one. If you aren't going digital, I recommend this camera.
Unsure about image quality, but so far, so good - I love it!

I had a Kodak Advantix for about 10 years and loved it for its simplicity and quality of pictures. One day I dropped it on a hard tile floor and something inside broke. I was able to find one on e-bay for a reasonable price. Now I'm back in business!
Great camera, but now useless. The production of films to this camera, including Fuji, have been cancelled. Films are therefore no longer available anywhere.
