Item described as new with opened box. Well, the bag inside was so ripped open & I believe this was a used item...put back in the box. It had a residue like hairspray all over the barrel. I messaged the seller who offered me a partial refund & insisted the item was new. Instead of dealing with the hassle of shipping back, I washed the barrel with soap and water and was able to get it shiny again, so I agreed to the refund. I will not buy from this seller again though. I don't trust them.
