This was a good purchase. The ordering, delivery, were easy to complete and the setup and installation were not difficult. The phone system works well and is easy to use after you understand the instructions and work with it awhile. The printed instructions that are included with it are okay, but a little hard to read the small print. I use this at home, but it would make a nice small business phone system. I find the bluetooth and call blocking capabilities very useful.
