Fresh's Ancienne Creme is very effective for relieving dry skin issues on the face, the neck, the chest, lips and anywhere else. Maybe best for ages 35 and up. I use this small size at night, during my personal dry times-as a change up from my regularly used products. Only a pea-sized amount is required: melt it against your finger tips by rubbing both hand's fingertips together with a small amount of this cream- then pat / press onto your cleaned & dried face, neck, etc. avoiding too close to the eye opening.
