Very disappointing experience w/seller. Before bidding, requested combined shipping on multiple purchases to minimize costs. Seller agreed, "Yes." Upon buying 2 items, requested combined invoice & shipping -- Seller replied he/she couldn't figure out how, although I sent eBay link w/instructions. I informed I would pay separate charges w/understanding that difference would be refunded -- seller agreed. Sent photos of rec'd pkg w/shipping $17 less than charged. Seller never refunded diff.

The glass tumblers and pitcher were exactly as described and pictured, and the seller was a great communicator, carefully wrapped the items and shipped them quickly. The one negative aspect was the shipping cost: eBay charged $42.85, but the shipping label shows $26.25. Since I’m not an eBay seller, I don’t know how shipping costs are determined, but the price difference is very significant.

The shipping has to include the packaging material, box , stuffing, tape etc.. then the half hour drive to the post office, example my tape used to be $6 now it’s $17�� please remove negative feedback no one ever considers all the extra cost ��
