The LCD was fine. Packaging great. However, it was the wrong item (the unit listed was supposed to have USB-C with power delivery - I sent in pictures). They issued a partial refund (much appreciated). I encourage buyers and sellers to expect mistakes, we all make them. The key is to find remedies quickly and easily for all. If there is no indication seller negligence, buying more product at reduced prices can also be a quick remedy.

They denied sending the wrong monitor (ok we all make mistakes). But then simply re-iterated "ask for a return" or a "replace" (which is the same thing, but now puts the risk on the buyer for repackaging - remember, they denied their fault). I appoligized, that I could not spend more time on this issue.

Had an initial issue with a wrong component, but hotdigital-international's customer service took the right steps to fix the issue. They offered a partial refund for my trouble. The package arrived otherwise in great shape within a reasonable timeframe. I simply recommend people who purchase anything online to document opening their package in case anything's missing or damaged. Only thing is that I found the shipping to be a bit pricey, but I knew that upfront. Would order from them again.

    Gear 2 On The Go

    I've had my Gear 2 now for two weeks and all I can say is that it has met all my expectations. I have by Gear 2 tethered to my Nexus 5X and it works seamlessly. Had the watch setup at an authorized Verison store which I believe was a plus as the folks there worked with Samsung on the software loads. Now as for the watch itself, battery life is as expected. On daily usage, by the end of the day I still have twenty percent battery remaining. Transferring/forwarding calls and text to the watch works great. Voice communication is great. I first thought you needed to hold the watch close to your face to communicate but that is not the case. Even at my waist people can hear me clearly. Some folks have complained about the lack of software. As for me, I'm good with what is available now. Thing ...

    Almost perfect

    I purchased mine for $20. It was originally $200 and worth it. I don't know why it depreciated so much after 2 years. It is a good looking and feeling watch. The only problem I had was in initiating it with Samsung Gear app. It took so long and many attempts. But once in it worked great. It gets about a day and a half out of the battery. It has many good watch faces. For the price i paid it is outstanding

    Feature packed

    This model is nice cause I can take calls from my wrist with or without the extra data plan. I opted in to the data plan on the watch because I can forward messages and texts from my cell to the watch even when I don't have my cell on me. I also listen to music through the watch speaker when I run.
