I really like the ball launcher BUT when it launches the ball it is so loud that it scares my dog. I have it sitting in the living room right now so that she can see there is nothing on it that is going to hurt her. She sniffs around it and is finally getting closer and closer to it instead of running away from it. If it was not so loud when it launched the ball I think she would love it.
