The seller’s packaging miscalculation led to a mess that took me a while to clean up. However, when he saw how annoyed I was, he immediately replied with an apology and an offer for a 50% credit. That was perfectly fair because the item was fine after I cleaned it up. Sellers who respond well when an interaction isn’t perfect are the ones to give business to.
