Open System
I am very happy with the open system. That is why I have chosen Samsung over Apple. I wish that Samsung had not gone to a closed system after the Note 4 and the Galaxy 5. I would have liked to have gotten the Octa-Core processor in the newer version of Note and Galaxy. I just don't want to support following the Apple and Verizon model of a closed system. I don't like paying $100 for a little more memory or $150 for the manufacturer to replace the battery. The phone is fast enough for my needs. I love the camera. I have trouble taking nice pictures (my hands are shaky). This phone cleans that up for me. The screen is definitely leading edge technology. I am very happy with the battery life. Great upgrade & reasonable price
Great price, clean ESN, & works great. I did a lot of research to find a decent phone w/ more than 8GB of memory (upgrade from Galaxy Grand Prime) at a reasonable price. This phone is a good upgrade for me. Only thing wrong is ordering a new glass lens for rear facing camera (camera works great) & an S pen (I hardly use the pen anyway). I love it. Thanks Ebay 😊

Pretty good phone
I would have given it 5 stars but it has some junk-ware on it that I need to delete but it works fine and much better than my older phone. Very thin but larger screen size, my SIM failed but that is not this phones fault and T-Mobile replaced it free. All is well now.

I started out with a Galaxy S3 years ago and upgarded to a windows phone, Sony Phone, and then back to a different android phone. When time to upgrade again I decided to come back full circle to a samsung Galaxy and can honestly say I never should have strayed. Every feature you could want (finger sensing, heart rate sensor, etc), fast speeds, large storage memory and SDHC Compatibility, coupled with a wireless charging cover you can't beat this phone. Display is amazing w/ HD Video streaming.
