Pieces arrived broken, poorly packed and when I messaged the seller her response was simply report the issue to the post office. Was not a large order but was important to me.

Very sorry it happened, I have a very long experience with packing on Ebay. I always pack with extra cushion. For some reason this one post office where I dropped off my packages destroyed 3 of my sales, there always was online worker there. I will never take it there again. But again, post office has insurance on packages under $50.
