I really like this lancing device. The barrels with 6 needles are very convenient, and all sharps are secured inside the cartridge when it's removed, so no need for a sharps container. The depth of penetration is user controlled and has a good range. There is also another end cap available for alternate site testing. Pain is minimal, and I always have enough blood to test every time. It's also one movement to activate - just press it against test site and push the plunger. I don't want to use anything else.

I love these lancets I haven't been diagnosed with diabetes that long it was just before Christmas I was using one touch and you had to put the spike in yourself sometimes I would drop them and they got in my feet. Not fun. My doctor gave me Accu-Chek guide to try and including the Lance it's so easy you have six that are in a little rounddrum shaped thing you pop it into the lumps and set it on 6 and it has a total of six you don't have to worry about changing it every time and you definitely don't have to worry about the little pins and needles lancetsI love this because I have young children and luckily and no one got hurt by the other ones but I did so this is perfect for me.

I've been using MultiClix for years, switching to Fast Clix took a few days to get used to it (I preferred the double-set trigger), it seems less painful (but also only 5 - 10 on each lancet, cf Multi's 10-20). But Multis aren't available, the FastClix is a worthy upgrade of equal convenience. [I don't know if FCs are just less painful, so I'm changing more frequently just because I feel it (would change MCs as soon as it hurt) or if the lancets themselves don't last as long

I really like the 1 click idea since pulling back small levers to cock the device is not particularly fun for arthritic fingers! The lancet cartridges in the drum are not only easy to install but it is intuitive which way you insert them into the device. Works great!

My first Fastclix died after 8 - 9 years of use. It was great. Hope this new one lasts just as long. With Fastclix no more fiddling with individual lancets Twisting of the 'top', maybe accidentally pricking yourself. No more unloading the individual needles. And accidentally pricking yourself. The 6- use cartridges are simple to load, simple to dispose of. And no accidental pricks.
