The description states it’s purple/pink and the photo even shows it’s purple. However the cup was not purple but hot pink that faded into light pink. I thought I was ordering the purple cup that faded into a light pink or lilac color.
Below the first photo is the cup in the ad that I thought I was ordering and then the second photo is the cup I received.

We have contacted the buyer since we were not advised of this issue sooner. The wrong color cup must've been shipped out during this busy season. However, after seeing this feedback, we have offered to send the correct purple/pink cup as a replacement through the returns process. The buyer has not responded to our offer to do so as we had hoped. Our feedback is very important to us and our buyers who trust us each day, so we are hoping this mistake can easily be corrected.
