R this shipment came broken , wine glass, the stem was broken, not pleased at all, would like a refund ASAP, it was poorly pack, and was not wrap very well….

I have made over 1,000 transactions and have held a 100% feedback rating. My customers have been pleased with my packaging. Still, things tend to happen during Transit. I've had only a couple of instances, in which I gladley made things right. I do not understand why you didn't contact me before opening a case and dropping me a bad review. Sellers beware.
