Though there were issues with packaging and the machine working properly... and even after leaving quite negative feedback. The seller reached out, very kindly, and apologized for the issues. They told me that they thought it functioned properly and we re sorry for the confusion. They were nice and helpful about it being nonfunctional and it all seems like one of those unfortunate situations that just happen in life. They were nice about full refund as well.
