Let me start by saying, this phone had everything I wanted. The most important of which was expandable memory. It’s a shame so many companies & manufacturers are designing phones with no way to add extra memory or any way to move certain apps to SD card. I also love the size, screen and ease at which I can go from app to app. There are a few small gripes I have: Activating the phone took a lot of time in a chat with an AT&T rep. I’m talking close to 4 hours! Secondly, once the phone was activated, the battery drained in less than an hour. Fortunately, I was able to adjust & optimize the phone and most of the apps I needed. Now I can get 2 full days of use from a full charge. Lastly, like most phones and providers, bloatware is an annoyance. Too many pre-loaded apps. A lot of them I was able to uninstall, but some are just there taking up valuable memory. This is another reason expandable memory is a must for me. All in all though, I love this phone. It is a huge upgrade over my Note 8. Games run so much faster and smoother that it’s shocking at first. On a scale of 1-10, I definitely give it a 9. It’s as close to perfect as I could expect. There’s always gonna be a few things to nitpick with any product, but this is exactly what I wanted and was looking for in a new device. Read full review
