Honestly, I was surprised to received the item quicker than anticipated, HOWEVER, the 2018 Subaru Crosstrek starter add on EBAY seller specifically stated that it was new , but upon opening the package , the delivery sheet described my purchase as being remanufactured in Mexico ! I
