NEW item as pictured. Well packaged for USPS shipping against water and some padding.Seller for a good cause, so i chose this over other doorbells listed. USPS mis-sort at one of their transfer warehouses and cause the delay (went to a few states north of NJ) , but it was dispatched from the seller quickly!
