Dolls arrived as shown in pictures. As they are, as far as I am concerned, they are good for parts. Purchase took forever to ship out and also to arrive. This was an auction; I won with a "low bid" (apparently seller was not too happy about that, and it was "pointed out" by seller in a convo); Seller was not particularly pleasant to talk with. : / - -Shipping cost him $6.65 - but seller charged $8.55; refused to refund difference. I have no interest in working with seller again.

You were extremely difficult. This feedback is inaccurate. We had no problem with the low bid as we purposely didn’t list with a reserve. However, when you get a GREAT deal don’t ask for an additional discount and shipping. We didn’t make you bid and you didn’t request cancellation. The item was shipped out in a timely manner. We are a small business and try to be as fair as possible but will not be taken advantage of.

The seller did not budge on the price, and did not accept my lower offer. It was a little frustrating. I really liked the name on the certificate, so I had to suck it up and dish out the amount he/she was asking for. It is what it is 🤷🏼♀️. The item was exactly what I wanted, but I wouldn't want to have to buy anymore items from this sller again, ( I didn't have any conversations with the seller) seing as they aren't willing to haggle or lower their prices at all.
