The item list description shows item new. Item that was shipped to me was in a damaged box, missing packaging and an USB cable, clearly had been used with dust on the base and scratches all over the place. Requested return. Upon receiving the original item, seller accused me of returning something not from him, and told ebay in a case that I "buying and selling this item on eBay" which is completely made up. Be aware of this dishonest seller.

This is untrue, seems to be the way some buyers are getting refunds on eBay sadly. I did not accuse anything, I stated what you messaged me and eBay can read. Not sure what your talking about. Item was not in condition you made it look and took pictures of..That's ok. You got a FULL refund and I worked with you quickly entire process. Thank you.

Be careful with this seller. The product I received is nothing like the one advertised. Supposedly the camera was an open box, but a used and dirty camera arrived. Attached photos. I mentioned this to the seller and he insinuated that I was a liar.

Untrue completely. Item was exactly as pictured and described. This buyer wanted a refund and keep item or was going to leave me a bad review. Feedback extortion. They were a bully and a defamation to my character in messages and here in feedback. Very unprofessional and disrespectful buyer.
