I wouldn’t consider the card mint because of condition of the borders. The shipping cost was way too expensive considering the price of the card was only 99 c. Post office marked as delivered but wasn’t. Attempted 3 different times to contact the seller same day with no response. Made me rush to conclusions believing I had been scammed. Seller did respond next day and gave me some helpful advise. Be patient and research before you buy so you don’t agree to buy a 99c card with $9 shipping

Won the card for $1. Per eBay, cards under $20 can ship in an envelope. Im a seller as well and know shipping is $0.88-$1.50 using this method. Asked seller for cheaper shipping and updated invoice and they replied (have the screenshot posted) with “end of year taxes, eBay fees, and having to hand deliver to usps” were the reasons they wouldn’t reduce shipping.
I overpaid $8 in shipping for a $1 card.
Buyer beware.
