THERE WERE NO PINS BROKEN OFF, BUT THE MEN HAD BEEN GLUED ON. SELLERS RESPONSE WAS I SHOULD HAVE LOOKED AT THE PICTURES. LIKE SOMEONE COULD SEE THAT THE MEN WERE GLUED ON. I offered to send you another original orange shell with the posts but you declined and demanded a refund. I issued you a full refund despite your poor return packaging which destroyed the original box.

M T H ES44AC Proto 3 sound locomotive
I must say probably the best HO scale locomotive with sound I have ever owned. The sound and quality is top notched! There's nothing I can say that's negative about the manufacturer if anything they could add alittle more detail but it has plenty now.
