I received this bowl broken. I contacted the seller and explained the box was in perfect condition and that poor packaging was to blame. The bowl was at the bottom of the box with thin used bubble wrap and one flat piece of newspaper. It was clear this was not the fault of usps. However the seller said “sorry to hear that” contact usps and file a claim . Well I said it wasn’t their fault that packaging was. I can’t place blame onto usps because it’s easy . That’s lying and stealing.

I had asked the buyer for more pictures of the side of the bowl in order to verify that it was actually the same bowl I had sent, but I did not receive pictures as requested. A refund would have been issued if I had been able to get the pictures & verify it was the same bowl. The pictures she sent did not show it was even my bowl. It was a simple request, but I never received an answer.
