Seller put cheap box on it. Way too think. Tore in several places and beat up in mail. Vacuum stunk! Smelled weird almost foul rot smell. Wheel busted off vacuum rear. It was in about six parts. I proceeded to seller for rationale. Seller stated return or they send parts for me to fix. Also 20.00 for problems. Seller stated to go to internet for help on placing together. The rubber washer didn't fit anything I tried to find on vacuum.

The picture didn't match the items. The smaller attachments were not the same ones. Although they were similar. Also, the one we got had an electrical cord that was ripped open. We could actually see the cables on the inside of the cord. I wish the description better described this item.
