The only issue was with communication re the delivery company, that seemed to have got the parcel returned and then re-delivered. However, all ended well and parcel received. Seller offered refund for the parts mislabeled, I did instruct and shown what has failed and is in agreement for a full refund.
Seller does communicate and that is a winning battle this day and age, shipping was good timing for being from the east to west coast.
