Seller mailed right away. Unfortunately, I made a mistake by thinking the purse was a used vintage real Ralph Lauren. What I bought was a counterfeit Ralph Lauren ( and a poor one at that) that smelled like smoke or some other unpleasant smell. I will have to learn to pay special attention to the description and understand cheap price is probably a good indication it's a fake. This seller does not accept returns so I guess Goodwill will get a purse.
