Dune done right.
When I first heart that the Scifi Channel (before they fell on their faces and became the SyFy channel), was doing Dune, I was ambiguous about the idea. David Lynch had already done a tepid version that was barely recognizable. This version, done as it should be, in a six hour miniseries, is excellent. Direction, SFX (within their budget) and acting are all excellent.
