    Doesn't clean the face from make up.

    The balm is very "heavy" to rub on the face, in addition it gets "hot" sensation once u rub it. i didn't like this sensation. Also, because it"s "heavy", its hard 2 apply it on the face. But the biggest problem was that it didn't take off the make up as it should have done. המוצר מאוד "כבד" למריחה. ברגע המריחה מתקבלת תחושת חום על כל הפנים - אני לא הבתי את תחושה הזו וזה גם לא מצויין בשום מקום על המארז. כמו כן, בסופו של דבר, זה מוצ שמיועד חהסרת האיפור מהפנים והוא לא עושה זאת. מוצר מאכזב.
