The shipping was really fast and the seller even refunded me a couple of dollars since shipping ended up being less. The item advertised by the seller, had a picture of a new item in the original box, just what I wanted. I expected to get the item in the box with any care and use info along with the specific recipe that went with the specialty pans. I received the pans and they seemed to be in new condition, but they were wrapped in bubble wrap inside a padded envelope. No box or info included.
