The DVD player arrived packaged well but it turned out to be defective. The description just said "works". But when I started to use it the open close button would jam and the screen would not turn on at all, or randomly turn off during a disc playing. I contacted the seller to return it and received the free shipping label to return. It was a bummer the item was defective to begin with and I have to go through returning it, but glad I can return it and get a full refund.
