The item is starting to tarnish from being worn so it is not new. there is a stone missing from one link. There is another link with a defect from whoever made it where the silver runs through where a stone should be. the item pictured was not the item sent because the item received had damage that the one pictured did not have. I contacted the seller and am still waiting on a response days later.
