The computer was exactly as described and in excellent cosmetic condition. It is working fine except for the battery. The battery report that I ran indicates a full charge of only 10568 mWh with a design capacity of 41998 mWh. The computer shuts down after less than an hour of use on battery, so I ordered a replacement which has not yet come. The computer should have come with a new battery or almost new battery. It is frustrating to have to fix the computer even before you can use it.

As described, packed well and shipped very quickly. Unfortunately the box was crushed and otherwise handled roughly by the shipper and as a result damaged the tray door of the printer. Still works, but I need to tape the tray closed. Seller was super responsive and offered a partial refund to compensate.
