Got the product and realized very quickly that it was counterfeit. There is no serial number on the inside of product or the box. Will not pair with my iPhone the button that supposed to pair will not even push down. Was told I could get a 25% refund and to try to pair them again. I pushed back and asked for a full refund and was told I could get a 35 refund and to try and turn off my Bluetooth and try again. I’m giving up and asking for whatever refund they will give me. Do not buy these!!!
