    A Good, Vigorous Workout

    The previous version of this product provides only 2.5 pounds of weight and is just too light for me to be affected by it. But this being the larger and heavier 5-pound version, it registers as significantly heavier in your hands and thus provides a much more vigorous experience. If you're going to get a Shake Weight and you're of a little sturdier build with more strength to you, this bigger and heavier version is the one to get.
