This is maybe a 20 to 40 watt pannel, not 400 seller knows this and is choosing to continue to be dishonest and sell it as 400 watt. It's decent for what it actually is so I got a partial refund and kept it but still it's nowhere near as advertised and sellers that are this dishonest should be removed from ebay. They ruin the platform and make it's reputation bad. Very disappointing to see such willful dishonesty when they clearly know. Buyer beware. This seller is a liar and should be removed.
