    Excellent experience with this seller. Communication was quick and to the point. Item was as described and packed well. The item was shipped promptly. USPS Ground Service failed to provide updates in transit. Seller was extremely active in tracking down the item. The item arrived 3 days late. Item had a faulty locking latch, which was quickly remedied by the local TUMI store. While delivery delay and latch were unfortunate, both beyond the seller's control. I would work with this seller again.
