Got in contact with the seller and they are very responsive and had already sent another headset when I started speaking with them. The original issue was with the airlines having regulations against magnetic items inside other packages, forcing the seller to send me replacement separately. Receiced the headset soon after, tested the device and it works as advertised.

But the bluetooth headset is bad and will not power on. I contacted seller several times and telling them I took the unit to a tech and he said the unit was defective and to send back. Seller wanted a video taken and stalled around until return time expired for returning. If your looking for just a helmet its good, but the Bluetooth watch out for. No Customer Service
