Came super quick, amazing packaging, the seller shipped first day of buying and the item was protected very well with tissue paper and bubble wrap. The price was also great, originally $90 and the item was brand new for only $37! I definitely recommend this seller!

Original item received was most definitely brand new but the zipper was broken. Seller was prompt to respond to my communication, provided pre-paid return label, and reserved a replacement for me, which was immediately shipped out to me upon receipt of the damaged item. It was obviously not the seller's fault that the original item had a manufacturer's defect and there was no way they could have known since it was still packaged from the manufacturer. Perfect customer service to replace!!
