Items exactly as described. Is the Poliwhirl damaged? Sure, but that is exactly as how it was described / pictured and I knew what I was getting. But for a base set 1st edition, couldn't pass it up!!! Great packaging. Very prompt shipment. And of course, super happy to get a base set 1st edition to add to my collection. This is my first negative review after many, many purchases. I bought two trading cards & asked for combined shipping - never a problem before. They explained they would not, then admitted that they use shipping costs to artificially inflate the price of their items, & therefore their profit. They then shipped them with two stamps - about $1.30 or so for $10.50 in shipping costs, or about 55% of my total payment. If you don't want to be ripped off, stay away from this seller, like I will be
