Item arrived DOA, but seller responded and was amazing to work with. I have thrown the unit away and gotten a refund. I felt so bad to contact them and had tried it in several PCs, after contacting the seller, I tried to repair the drive but found it to be a dead microprocessor on the drive's control board and is legit broken. Seller was totally fine with refund, but I still felt bad for them having to pack and send it. They are one of the best sellers I have encountered very friendly, THANK YOU
