When it arrived, it was exactly as described. But, and it's a big but, it took forever to arrive, and the back and forth with the seller was not good at all. Nor was the packaging - a single bubble wrap envelope for a pretty fragile calculator. They claimed USPS mislaid the package. But they never apologized for the delay, and in our messages they lied about multiple things. So, a word of warning - if there are any problems with your order, do not expect too much from this seller

    Good little scanner, IF you get all the parts that make it fully functional

    The Epson V330 photo is a good scanner I have had one for over 5 years. It makes good scans for a reasonable price. The reason I pick this scanner was that it would do 35mm Slides and Negative film. For those old pictures or relatives that have slides you would like a copy of this will actually work fine. The trick is having the Film holder that holds the slide or negative at just the right distance off the glass. Without the holder the scanner does not work at all scanning slides or negatives. I have another computer in a different area of the house so I purchased another used V330 from eBay, listed as Excellent condition, I assumed that meant it came with all the original parts so that it could scan 35mm slides or negatives. when it arrived I tested the scanning and it work well, ...

    Excellent results and a great value.

    I bought the scanner to digitize around 1500 35mm slides that I had stored in my basement. I looked at businesses that perform the function but they were more expensive than buying the scanner and doing it myself. While the process was time-consuming (you can only accommodate four slides at a time), the results were great! I have been able to save many memories for my family and saved myself some money as well. The scanner was easy to use and the instructions provided were easy to understand and follow.

    Great find!

    For the amount I paid, this is a great find. I think to get the same quality I would have had to pay at least 400 dollars for a new scanner. I also like the simplicity of the software. Even thought it is an older model I was able to find the software online. I use the product mostly to scan my watercolors. It does a much better job than taking a picture with my phone. These photos of the scans are not touched up or edited for color, only cropped.
