The game came to me in pretty bad shape. It's hard to tell if the game was in bad shape to begin with or if it got roughed up in the delivery process. It was listed as "Condition: New." There is still tape on the box to enclose it, so it appears to be unused. However, the game box looks far from new (punctures, scrapes, tears, etc.). I notified the seller of its condition, and they discounted the item. I appreciate that they were open minded and offered a fair settlement.
