If your interested in guitar history this is the book. Tom Wheeler really nails it. He lays out the history of The Fender Stratocaster Guitar, Starting in 1954 when the Strat was introduced and going throught each decade thearafter. Their are many interviews with the guys who were their at Fender making it happen. Also many artist(ie.Eric Clapton, Keith Richards, J.J.Cale, Jimmi Vaughan, Robert Cray and many more) are part of this got to have piece of Fender history.
what a great book!!! I actually used this in business college as part of a case study concerning the Fender corporation... great articles, interviews, pictures and info.. a must for any Strat freak out there!
