In my opinion, gem state Franklin halves are "hot" collectibles in both proof and business strikes... I do question the cameo designation though as aren't all proof coins cameo by nature? I see cameo designation as basically premium boosting!!!

The coin description is very accurate. Since there has never been a Franklin graded at Proof 70, this Gem Proof 68 is very close to being perfect. It is difficult to see why it wasn't graded Proof 69.
