Condition of item was listed as Open Box, but the serial number on the device did not match the serial number on the box. Looks like a substitution occurred. Informed seller that I would like to have a replacement sent. Seller issued a full refund saying he had no more of the same item. Don't know if the mix-up was accidental or intentional. At least I am not out any money.
